In-Home Overnight Newborn Support — While You Sleep
3-5 Night Sleep Shaping Reset
Brisbane to Gold Coast
“Over 25 years of elite experience in newborn respite and sleep shaping.
I don’t just provide ‘night nanny care’; I professionally manage the nights so you can focus on your recovery.
This is where the guesswork ends and the foundation begins.”

“During these first months, sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s the foundation of your recovery.
I’m not here to just provide ‘overnight care’; I’m here to take the lead on the nights and shape your baby’s habits so you can wake up as yourself again.”
Most newborn advice is to wait until your baby is old enough for sleep training.
But the hardest weeks often come before that.
And in that time, habits are already forming.
Feeding to sleep. Dummy reliance. Hourly wake-ups.
Things introduced just to get through the night can make sleep harder down the track.
By 6–10 weeks, this becomes a turning point.
I come into your home and work overnight with your baby directly —
supporting sleep, settling, and rhythm in real time, while you sleep.
“You aren’t paying for ‘sleep advice’ —
you are paying for me to walk into your home and manage the nights for 3–5 nights, shaping your baby’s habits so you can wake up as yourself again.”

This is not traditional sleep training
Your baby is still very young.
This is in-home overnight newborn support where I:
Settle and resettle your baby throughout the night
Gently reduce reliance on feeding or props to fall asleep
Support longer, more settled stretches
Guide overnight rhythm and flow
All while you sleep.

“A total, 3–5 night ‘Done-For-You’ newborn respite.
I manage the nights; you protect your recovery.”
Most parents are told to wait it out
But by the time support is sought later, sleep can feel much harder to shift.
This early stage is where everything begins to take shape.
Having the right support in place now can make a meaningful difference to how your baby sleeps moving forward.
This is for you if:
Your baby is in the newborn stage (up to ~12 weeks)
Nights feel unpredictable or exhausting
Your baby relies on feeding, holding, or a dummy to settle
You’re experiencing frequent wake-ups overnight
You don’t want to wait months for things to improve
What Changes After 3 Nights?
A more settled, predictable night
Less reliance on one specific way of falling asleep
Longer stretches beginning to emerge
A clearer understanding of your baby’s needs
You feeling more rested and supported

FIFO travel available Sydney to Canberra
Limited bookings each month

You don’t have to wait until things get harder
And you don’t have to navigate this stage on your own.
This is support, in your home, at the time it is needed.
“Having Raquel with us in those early newborn weeks was honestly life-changing. She brought a calm, steady presence into what felt like complete overwhelm.
She supported us overnight so we could actually rest, guiding feeds, settling and helping us understand our baby in a way that just made everything feel easier. We went from feeling exhausted and unsure, to calm, confident and supported.
It felt like having someone in our home who just knew exactly what to do — and because of that, we were able to actually enjoy those early weeks.”

Why does an overnight baby sleep consultant cost more than a typical sleep consultant?
Raquel Tara isn’t a typical sleep consultant. Known as Australia’s leading FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) overnight baby sleep consultant, she travels to families throughout Australia and internationally, staying overnight in their homes while working directly with their baby.
For many parents, the FIFO model itself provides reassurance. Unlike consultants who provide advice remotely, Raquel travels to the family, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on professional experience directly into their home.
Most baby sleep consultants provide advice and leave parents to implement the sleep training themselves.
Raquel provides approximately 58 hours of hands-on support in your home, including overnight sleep training, daytime nap coaching and 14 days of follow-up support.
When broken down across the hours provided, the investment is comparable to many experienced overnight nanny and newborn care services. The difference is that the goal isn’t simply to care for your baby through the night — it’s to leave your family with a baby who is sleeping well, parents who are well rested, and the knowledge and confidence to maintain the progress long after the stay has ended.
Many parents describe the experience as a “sleep holiday at home” — an opportunity to recover from weeks or months of sleep deprivation while an experienced overnight baby sleep consultant works directly with their baby overnight and they finally get the rest they need.
