Overnight Baby Sleep Training Done For You — In Your Home — While You Sleep
“Almost 30 years of expertise providing proven results for high performance families.
I don’t just offer advice; I provide the certainty of an elite specialist-led 4-night transformation.”

Australia’s leading FIFO overnight baby sleep consultant providing premium in-home overnight sleep support across Sydney.
I’m not here to offer advice; I’m here to begin restoring that foundation in four nights.”
If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and nothing you’ve tried is working — this is where it gets handled.
And you get to sleep from the very first night.
“You aren’t paying for ‘sleep advice’ —
you are paying for me to walk into your home and take the burden off your shoulders for 4 nights so you can wake up as yourself again.”
Raquel works with families across Sydney and interstate as a FIFO overnight baby sleep consultant.
From the moment she arrived, her experience and knowledge were clear. After finally getting some rest, we felt ready to make real changes — and Raquel truly transformed our lives.
I feel so much more confident and connected to my instincts and my baby. We are all so much happier. I only wish we had found her sooner.”
You can pay someone to sleep train your baby in Sydney?
Yes — you can hire a professional to sleep train your baby in your home in Sydney.
Most baby sleep consultants provide advice and guidance, but you are still responsible for carrying it out.
Raquel works differently.
She comes into your home in Sydney and does the sleep training for you overnight, while you sleep. The process is handled consistently from the beginning, your baby is supported throughout the night, and you are not left trying to manage it on your own.
By the time she leaves, your baby is sleeping, and you know exactly how to maintain it.
Within a week of Raquel’s visit, everything had shifted. Our daughter was settling independently, no longer feeding to sleep, taking age-appropriate naps, and sleeping through the night.
Beyond the sleep changes, Raquel gave me something even more valuable — confidence as a parent. I feel more connected to my instincts and better able to support my daughter.
Her approach is calm, gentle and non-judgemental, and she explains everything clearly. This has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents.”
Who is Raquel Tara?
Raquel Tara is Australia’s leading FIFO in-home overnight baby sleep consultant. Raquel is a highly experienced newborn care specialist and overnight baby sleep consultant with over 20 years of experience working with parents and their babies.
Raquel has helped elite athletes, celebrities, doctors, teaches and coaches both-in Australia and abroad, and she can help you too!
Raquel works with families across Sydney, providing in-home overnight support tailored to your baby and your home environment.
She travels to Sydney and stays in your home for multiple nights, working directly with your baby overnight.
By the time families call Raquel, they’re done trying to figure it out — they want it handled properly, and to know that when she leaves, their baby is sleeping and they know exactly what to do.
Most families Raquel works with aren’t looking for more advice — they’re ready for someone experienced to step in and take the lead.
Who this is for
This is for families who are exhausted and have already tried to improve their baby’s sleep — but are still dealing with multiple wakes, short naps, or needing to feed, rock or resettle throughout the night.
It’s for parents who don’t want more information or conflicting advice — they want the sleep sorted properly, in their own home.
When is the best age to hire an overnight baby sleep consultant?
The ideal time is before sleep challenges become deeply ingrained — often between 6 weeks and 6 months.
However, support can be effective across the full 0–12 month range, with the approach tailored to your baby’s age, temperament, and current sleep patterns.
Earlier support focuses on shaping rhythms and preventing issues, while later support focuses on restructuring existing habits.
For pre-toddlers 7-12 months, sleep patterns are more established, and changes can involve stronger resistance, louder protest, and a longer adjustment period.
Raquel Tara works with a maximum age limit of 12 months for overnight support.
How overnight support works
Raquel comes into your home and takes the lead overnight
The sleep training is done for you while you sleep
Settling, resettling, and adjustments are handled in real time
You are not left trying to implement this yourself
By the time the stay is complete, your baby is already sleeping — and you know exactly what to do to keep it that way.
Raquel cut through everything. Over the two weeks we worked with her, she was responsive, reassuring, intuitive and kind. She gave us the gift of sleep — but more importantly, the confidence to trust our instincts and our baby.
We’re all so much happier (and well-rested) for it.”
Why this works
This is not advice you’re trying to implement while exhausted.
The changes are made overnight, in real time, with your baby — so sleep is established clearly and consistently from the start.
You’re not left trying to figure it out after I leave — you’re continuing what is already working.
How does sleep training work for newborns and younger babies?
Sleep training in the early months is not about applying a set method.
At this stage, the focus is on how your baby’s sleep is developing across the full day and night. Raquel works with your baby overnight, while also guiding you in how everything connects — from feeding and settling, to daytime rhythm, pacing, and interaction.
It’s this ongoing support — staying on top of each stage of your baby’s development, with continuous check-ins alongside her in-home visits — that allows sleep to be shaped clearly from the beginning, rather than needing to be corrected later.
As babies get older, the work naturally shifts toward helping them take a more active role in settling and resettling, with consistent overnight support carried out in your home.

What does it cost to hire an overnight baby sleep consultant in Sydney?
The cost of hiring an overnight baby sleep consultant varies depending on the level of support, but for in-home, overnight care, it is typically considered a premium service.
Raquel Tara’s in-home overnight support is structured around multi-night stays, with newborn overnight support starting from $3,888 for a 3-night stay with morning guidance.
Her comprehensive overnight sleep coaching programs start from $5,333 for a 4-night stay, including overnight support, daytime nap guidance, and follow-up to ensure the results hold.
Longer-term newborn coaching and support programs are also available for families wanting a structured approach from the beginning.
“A total, 4–5 night, ‘Done-For-You’ sleep restoration.
I handle the nights; you reclaim your life.”

What to Expect
Night 1
Once your bedtime rituals are complete, Raquel takes over settling.
She stays with your baby until they relax and fall asleep in the cot, learning what helps them settle enough to let sleep come.
Parents observe on the monitor, then rest overnight.
Night 2
With primary sleep associations removed, many babies begin to realise that sleep can happen without feeding, sucking, being held, or movement.
Settling is usually quicker, though temperament matters.
Night 3
Parents begin settling with Raquel’s real-time guidance.
Most babies settle within 30 minutes by this point, often sooner — but again, temperament matters.
Night 4
Sleep patterns usually begin consolidating more reliably overnight.
The focus shifts toward consistency, confidence, and refining any remaining settling or resettling challenges.
Two days of nap coaching are also integrated across the stay so daytime sleep supports overnight progress.
Night 5 (Full Integration Stay)
Five nights is recommended for older babies, babies with more established sleep associations or stronger protest patterns, and for families who are deeply exhausted and need a more complete reset themselves — what many parents describe as a “sleep holiday.”
Additional Daytime Support Included in the 5-Night Stay
The 5-night package also includes a third day of nap coaching and daytime support, allowing more time to refine daytime rhythms, troubleshoot nap challenges, and strengthen the overall carryover between day sleep and overnight sleep.
Please note: Due to the stronger protest patterns and more established sleep associations often seen in older babies, Raquel may not agree to taking on bookings for babies 9 months or older unless the family is booking the full 5-night stay.
Raquel will be in touch by phone within 24 hours
While Raquel’s overnight baby sleep coaching service has an average wait time of approximately 21 days from booking, once is your booking is confirmed you will have a preliminary preparation consultation within 7 days.
Priority spots are occasionally made available.
