I began working with babies in London as a mothercraft nanny night nurse. I fully developed my skills as a baby sleep consultant in Sydney & Melbourne where I provided overnight baby sleep support home visits exclusively. I launched my baby sleep services into the online space when I was became based in Bali in 2016.

Today I’m not only a baby sleep consultant, I’m also a passionate parent and infant advocate. I support parents across Australia with my intensive 1:1 support baby sleep support programs. I love the feeling of helping parents not only get the sleep they deserve – but also understand how they got there. And how to maintain healthy sleep hygiene in their lives for themselves & their child permanently.

My experience has taught me that the inherent wisdom we all have to evolve as humans is what drives a loving adult into wanting to become a parent. With the first 3 years of an infants life imprinting crucial feedback that influences the trajectory of their lives; it’s incredibly beneficial to understand how to model ‘certain leadership’ for babies as early as possible.

While working directly with families for so many years, I studied early parenting psychology. As a baby sleep consultant, I found that most overlooked aspect of solving baby sleep issues – is the tapestry of the parent’s childhood psychology. A baby’s cry and what it means and how it is understood and received is going to be influenced by not only our evolution but also by the parent’s early childhood experiences. So every family’s experience of their baby’s communication is going to be unique.

I work with pregnant couples and new parents in identifying, understanding, and supporting them in this therapeutic process. Once identified, this process of conscious expansion presents itself organically as a part of the mentor process within my baby sleep programs.

In addition to co-regulation education, mentoring parents in identifying these aspects is an integral part of the support I offer in my programs. And you can see from the baby sleep success stories how much of a role this mentoring aspect plays in the satisfaction parents get from working with me.

The early parenting transition is challenging enough. And the mental health benefits of getting the sleep a young family needs cannot be overstated. The newborn stage doesn’t have to be a period that you just struggle through. With my support and education, you can learn about helping your baby to sleep and relax from the very beginning, fostering the possibility of your baby sleeping through the night by the time the newborn stage is over.

I have created this program because I believe in the beauty of pro-active approaches when it comes to baby sleep. For the first 20 years of working as a ight nanny, I was leaving families with their babies sleeping through the night by the time they were 12 -16 weeks old.
